Bluefaced Leicester (BFL) wool is a wonderful fiber with a long staple length, and is a great choice for both beginning and experienced spinners alike. BFL also felt beautifully.

Each braid of fiber is hand-dyed by me in my studio, mixing my own unique colors from basic primary colors. As a result of my hand-dyeing process, each braid will be slightly different even if dyed next to each other. I believe that's the unique beauty of hand-dyed yarns and fibers.
