Shipping

All packages are shipped by USPS First-Class mail, aside from those weighing over 13 ounces. Packages exceeding that weight limit will be shipped via USPS Priority mail.

Orders generally ship within 1 to 2 business days of purchase.

Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, you will receive an email notification that includes your tracking number.

For international orders, a tracking number is not always possible and delivery times vary. Please note, Wonderland Dyeworks is not responsible for custom charges ad customs delays on receiving end. Thank you!

All orders shipped to California addresses will be charged sales tax.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is my top priority! I want you to truly love your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will gladly accept the return of your merchandise, in its original condition. Please communicate with me via the contact page within 14 days of delivery—after 14 days, all sales are final.

All items must be returned in their original state (yarn in a skein and roving intact, items unsoiled with label attached). Shipping costs will not be refunded and I cannot be responsible for shipping costs on returns.
