I don’t see a certain colorway in the particular fiber content I want for sale. Why is that?
Some fibers and yarns may sell out quickly.
While I aim to update my website with new fiber and yarn as often as possible, I am a one-woman fiber business that dyes in small batches, so my inventory may be limited during high volume order periods.
If you don’t see yarn and/or fiber displayed in a particular category, that means that it is currently sold out.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Unfortunately, no. My dye studio is a workshop space only, and all website orders must be shipped.
If you’d like to shop in person, you can visit me at my next show.
Do you have a brick and mortar store I can visit?
My studio is a workspace only. I don’t have a brick and mortar store, however I would love to see you at my next show!
Can I combine orders to save on shipping costs?
If you place multiple orders within a short period of time, it may be possible to combine them, if I’m contacted immediately. My goal is to ship orders as soon as possible, so while I will make every attempt to accommodate you, the original order may have already been packaged and shipped.
