Stratiform Shawl Kit

This beautiful and deceptively easy shawl pattern was designed by Bay Area knitwear designer Kira K Designs. Perfect as an introduction to lace knitting, this shawl is a joy to both knit and wear! The addition of a bead-accented edge adds a special touch to this amazing shawl.

Kits include four coordinating hand dyed half skeins of fingering weight superwash merino & nylon yarn (approx 195 yards each), enough to make a large version of the Stratiform shawl; coordinating glass seed beads; a big-eye beading needle; and a professionally printed paper Stratiform Shawl pattern.

This pattern is most suitable for the advanced beginner knitter — the skills necessary to complete the project are cast on, knit, purl and cast off.
