Polwarth Wool & Silk Blends

Polwarth sheep are a cross between the Merino and Lincoln breeds. With a longer staple length (5 to 7 inches) and fine 21 to 25 micron count, this fiber is a delight to spin and a joy for wet felting. Known for its elasticity, durability and excellent drape, this wonderful fiber has been blended with tussah silk, adding a luxurious subtle sheen to your fiber art projects.
